 Sharon Huffman

CASA Volunteer - Sharon HuffmanThis CASA volunteer has diligently committed herself to advocating for the wellbeing of three wonderful children.  The children on her case have many issues that make it difficult for them to function like "normal” children.  This volunteer has sought out trainings and other educational resources to better understand the mental and physical obstacles her CASA kids experience on a daily basis.  This volunteer epitomizes what it means to be a CASA.  She has truly been a constant for these three children and their voice, which is why she was named "Volunteer of the Year” in September 2011.
